2019 Spring Lacrosse - MIHS

Welcome to the registration for 2019 Season for MIHS Boys Lacrosse (Grades 9-12)
1. Renew US Lacrosse membership at http://www.uslacrosse.org/
Fee: $35. Your expiration date should be 7/31/2019 at a minimum.
2. Complete your MILC registration here;
Fee: $550 by Feb 13. Registration will close on Feb 13.
3. Download and turn in MIHS athletic eligibility packet at the MIHS Athletic office, and complete online portion of the HS sport registration prior to taking the field for tryouts. No exceptions.
4. Pay $250 MIHS ASB fee online by Feb 13th.

Tryouts: Mon (2/25) - Wed (2/27).


Spring 2019 - Middle School

Required: A US Lacrosse Membership that expires no sooner than the last day of the Session. Check and renew US Lacrosse membership at www.uslacrosse.org
*Grades 5 & 6 (excl Siver Team)
*Grades 7 & 8 (excl Black Team)

-First practice for 5/6 and 7/8 Teams: Wednesday 2/25/19
-Practices: weekly Mon-Wed-Fri 4:30-6:30 pm at IMS
-First game: 3/2/2019, last game: 5/18/19
-Games: mainly Saturdays on MI and/or Seattle eastside
-Schedules: Greater Eastside Lacrosse League (GELL) www.greatereastsidelacrosse.org
-Post Season Tourneys in June - coach selected players
-Equipment: Stick, full pads (helmet, chest/shoulder, elbow, gloves, mouth guard), athletic cup
* GELL prohibits players from playing up in grade level

Spring 2019 - Elementary

Kindergarten
-Fee: $100
-Starts: Sunday 3/10/2019 (last Sunday 5/12/19)
-Where: Sundays from 2:30-3:30 pm
-Equipment: Stick, cleats encouraged, dress for inclement weather

Grades 1 & 2
-Fee: $200
-First practice: Thursday 3/7/2019
-Practices: Thursdays 4:00-5:15 pm
-First scrimmage on 3/10/19, Last scrimmage on 5/12/19
-Equipment: Stick, cleats encouraged, dress for inclement weather

Grades 3 & 4*

US Lacrosse membership: All players (3rd-12th grade) must have US Lacrosse membership, valid through the end of the Session. Check and renew US Lacrosse membership prior to registering.

Financial Aid Information

Regional Rule: Middle School and High School players must play for the lacrosse program at the school they attend. If their school does not have a program, they must play for the program which is closest geographically to their home.
